We are hiring for two staff positions – Director and Lead Teacher – for our team of childcare professionals.

The right candidate will need:
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or Human Services
- Or Child Care Certificate (Career Ladder level III for Northern Lights)
- Or 21 credits in Early Childhood Education
- At least 2 years of experience
- Understanding of the Vermont Early Learning Standards and the Vermont Child Care Licensing Regulations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills, especially families and young children
- Dedication to exploring nature and the natural environment
- Experience developing and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children
- Excellent time management skills and able to handle multiple tasks
- Work well as a team member
- Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude
- Ability to plan fun and engaging activities
- Great organization skills
This is a full time, year-round position. Mondays through Fridays.
